早上8:00A.M 開始我們的野餐行前準備,
搭個公車前往湖光市場,weekends 的市場真的是人聲鼎沸啊超愛這種充滿生活朝氣的台灣
Planning中我們的菜單是
Pisco馬鈴薯燉肉 (Pisco 是秘魯的國酒喔!!我們的主廚monna小姐從祕魯親自運送回來的)
起司蛋厚片系列 (雙層起司;一種會拉長絲,另一種是融容芝心起司)
檸檬塔 (ㄎㄎ因為wendy 我忘記+水,所以從檸檬塔搖身變成''太妃焦糖香味檸檬派'')
蘿美生菜酪梨沙拉 (沙拉醬可是特調的窩,以法國直送蘋果酒混搭新鮮檸檬汁和西螺嚴選醬油特調製成)
當然囉,買菜的精髓可是貨比三家,老闆這個多少錢,''蝦米?!一斤60,搶錢喔''
我們就這樣一路比價嬉鬧,大約11點回到學校,哈哈,為了可以同樂,我們把家當們全搬進a secret place😁,然後上工!
今日這道太妃焦糖香味檸檬派,wendy's receipe time :
tart pastries:
unsalted butter 75g
sugar 25g
lemon zest few
baking flour 125g
egg 1/2
stuffings :
unsalted butter 30g
sugar 125g
corn powder 100g
egg 1
lemonade 1
steps:
first, make the pastries
mixed all the ingredients thoughly , and put it on the baking tray
and then cook the stuffings, put all the materials needed into a pot ( exclude eggs and lemonade )
and stirred it quickly untill it gets a bit tense or creamy (leave the stove right away), and add in the remaining ingredients
Finally , pour the finished stuffing into the pastries
put them into the preheated oven (180 celcius) for 30 minutes
then ~~ here you go , a lovely toffee caramel like lemon tart is ready to be dig into !!!!

即此沒有到TLC大直美提公園看Janet,少了豪華野餐墊或超高級食材
但這從早上8點到下午5點的小小1日體驗,真的是太棒了!!
ps.國醫其實也有美麗的水池還有台灣保育類藍鵲在附近出沒喔!
